Weird. Where do you chaps get the data files from, that's what I want to know? Sounds like s34n is using general data (random list(s)), dmac just plays too much/knows far too much about soccer :P I don't think anyone will come clean on an open fourm and state they are getting the data direct from t...

They were all legitimate French places, i just think one was spelt wrongly which made it the correct name of a real non-french place. That's pretty mean then :( Has anyone seen this question on Pub Quiz? When was this Metallica (The Black Album) album released... 1990 1991 1992 What's the pro appro...

There's also the issue that if it wants to give you £10 and you take £3.50, generally it will be paying the next game as well.

I've gone for the XP Dual Boot option - had no problems setting this up. Read up on ProNetworks/VistaBootPro for one way of going about this - my Paragon & Gamesnet emulators now work a treat too

PMSL @ French Open. Wouldn't know 1st/2nd (should though right? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_Frenc ... 7s_Singles )

Was the middle name one for someone who is known with an initial (e.g. A.A. Milne)?

The meanest quiz question?

Had this today: "Cornville is a place in which US state?" Got it wrong - was disappointed as I know all the US state capitals (standard quiz fare) and lots of other town/states (due to US TV/Film exposure I guess). Looked Cornville up tonight - not suprised I didn't get it as Cornville (Ar...

I've tried every permutation of compatibilty modes and graphx/sound options in PU to no avail :( Will look in to the DirectX/OpenGL thing but I'm seriously thinking about sett...

I don't know why I'm so paranoid about note feeders - never had a negative experience. Thinking back I had a similar experience to Matt's on an AWP ages ago - got £60 credit for 1x £20 note, the note kept reappearing. And this reminds me 'The Crown' owe me £2 from their crappy Fatbox which failed to...

if the only reason to take a game off is that it isn't being played enough, I wonder why they don't just add a third screen. That sounds like common sense. But I reckon the 'average' punter would get confused at three menu screens and the developers may have to put some effort into creating a decen...

dental mirror to rake out coins from the chute. One out the Pro's handbook! I take great delight in shaking the hell out of non-paying machines - but only in my 'regular' pubs. On a similar front has anyone ever been brave/foolish enough to use the note feeder on IT-Boxes? The ones I've seen ...
