Sorry Harry, I feel like I jumped on your answer. I thought you were referring to an alcoholic member of these boards when I read your reply, it wasn't until I re-read that the penny dropped as to who ZB was! I'll stick with the booze theme, what are the seven names given to bottles of champagne tha...

Is that from HitchHikers Guide? (that counts as a classic piece of literature in my mind), in which case I'll go for the Pangalactic Gargleblaster.

Istenem pretty much has it, "The River" is the official name of the man made fountain/water feature outside of Birmingham town hall.

'The Floozie in the Jacuzzi' is the name by which it is much more commonly referred to.

Over to you.

Is it that they all contain at least one of every vowel?

I'm happy to say I was thinking that before reading your bonus clue which seemed a good confirmation of my suspicion.

No bong from me, I was looking for Bob Holness in a radio production 6 years prior to the first film being made.

If the question had been who was the first actor then it would indeed have been a QI bong, as there was an American TV production 2 years prior starring Barry Nelson.

Over to you.

I had a JP on Pink Panther a couple of years ago without even being asked a question. Each spin landed me on a landmark giving one of the numbers for the safe combination. Certainly less than a minute for the JP.

I'm pretty sure I have seen a couple of machines that have had unmolested scrabble on them since the update. Asking for less than 75 for the prize round and giving the £1 corner board (OK thats not too bad) but the time was severely limited maybe 15 seconds (although it could have been less). On a d...
