im pretty sure it was off,

any ideas anyone?

I have a homers meltdown fruit machine
i recently changed a few reel bulbs but now 2 of the 3 reels arent lighting up at all
any ideas what it might be?

I have a homers meltdown fruit machine, i switched it on after a few months of not using it and it doesnt seem to boot up all the lights are on the psu, are they supposed to be on or are they supposed to flash or anything else however on the mpu the reset light flashes and the ld3 (+12v) doesnt come...
