there are probably more mentions of Bullseye on this message board than any other game , so its easy to research all aspects of it as recorded by the serious players on here - in short you can only get skill darts at the low prizes so why anyone would play the £5 game is beyond me , i would love to ...

yeah every week i see munters lining up to back Tiger at any price , laugh to myself  and he wins again :( - a bad week for me , backed 4 losers and also backed Mickelson at 10's in running yesterday and he looked all over the winner until the last hole , cant seem to hit it at the moment - int...

1 v 100

recently started playing this , a non playing mate thinks its great and wont play anything else when we have a go but i think its boring - its basically DOND without the decisions about taking the points , gaining try agains etc - having no try agains is a serious flaw , how many times can you narro...

some of the replies have identified the main point here , you can have 401 and then 25's all the way or 601+ but with a couple of 100's and the rest 50's - which is better? - like DOND can give 25000 target and then spoil all the way or 50000 and give you 22000 offer for about 3 or 4 answers , you c...

this weeks golf tournaments

a while ago i posted on here about the attractions of golf betting , since then some frustrating results including an 80/1 shot leading by 4 strokes in the final round and coming second as well as 2 other 66/1 places - i back 4 or 5 at decent prices each way each week and the places keep me ticking ...

thanks for the contributions everyone , this confirms my view that i am up against some good players in Sheffield - certainly it has been tough for a while now - i will try to stick off the beaten track , probably in the stagnant gene pool which is Barnsley and surrounds :D

Mates : help or hindrance?

do you all find it helpful to play with one or two others , or can it be a hindrance? - it honestly seems to make little difference to me as any extra knowledge is counterracted by having a semi - pissed up mate shouting random answers! - are there any games in particular that require more than one ...

this is a truism about student towns - there is no doubt in my mind that ' student ' pubs are the easiest to pick off , the student union bars are great when i can blag my way in :D - a great combination of pissed up students who are not as clever as they think they are leads to good opportunities -...

Sheffield

i have never seen mention of Sheffield on here before but some recent bad experiences lead me to believe that there are players out there :( - i live here and work in Barnsley ( which is good territory ) , but Sheffield is bloody difficult at the moment , there are the obligatory Itboxes in spoons ,...

even sadder really , but has anyone else noticed an ancient Only Fools and Horses fruity in Ian Beale's chippy? - i honestly have'nt seen that one for at least 10 years , and i suspect it is even older than that - i think it may even be a £4 or £6 JP - seeing as the one in the Queen Vic is updated r...

i admit that the questions on 8000 and 16000 are easier than previous versions , but the fact remains that it takes 7 or 8 correct answers to get to the £1 and to solve the age puzzle in order to get your money back , if you or anyone else is consistently winning on this game then good luck to you c...

Celebrity Millionaire 2008

made the usual mistake of playing ' under the influence ' last night , took £4 on DOND second game and £6 for 2 lines on SkillBall straight away then played the new version of Millionaire. Played 4 or 5 games and got up to 32,000 for £2 , thought that will do and collected only to find that all i ha...

well to try to prove the point , what does everyone make of this weeks 3 tournaments? - i must admit i am not keen on smaller fields such as the Volvo and Singapore events this week , far less dead wood to sort through - this week i have 3 selections in the Children's Miracle event in the U.S , as a...

thanks for the replies guys , sort of confirms my view that there are not many of us about , but that we can turn a profit - i was away for a couple of days last week and did not make pick out some bets for the Mallorca tournament but Garcia was 9/2 top price and Fasth 10/1 second fav and both came ...
