youre probably right, but it seems the token passes in the right direction, that is in the tube.
therefore, it is not being registered as having being accepted

if _ts an older machine it could even be a mechanical problem with a "switch" ! im sure with token counters the only thing which is the real control of "is it a real token" is the cut out in the token, thus if it goes into the machine, it works. this was tha case with older machi...

thanks, this is what I needed to know, when I worked on the machine in the 80s and 90s they had tubes so going euro would have been complicated.

its probably a mechanical problem, the tubes have a solenoid which when activated push out a coin from the bottom of the tube.
