either fill the hopper by hand and press the hopper topped up button next to the hopper (so machine knows its full) OR turn refill key and top up pound coins through the slot so it counts them in. If a machine thinks its empty it won't pay. And how would it know you topped it up if you just pour co...

Hi Guys, im having the exact same problem with this machine, iv bought a refill key and dropped the dosh in but its still not happening, any ideas why it may not be working?
