I've got two Mazooma's here now (Scorpion 4 systems) but both have Stadium SEA series psu's fitted.
I'm a bit confused by what you bought, i'm not familiar with seeing one in any Mazooma.
Is the machine around 2004? 2005?

i think there's two posts going on this. As mentioned on other post maybe the reel band has been pegged in in the wrong position, or, as Buzzer said maybe the reels were lifted out then clipped back in in the wrong order so now reel one is reel two etc. Should really stick to just one post over this...

Open either top or bottom door, do the refill key thingy, then use the right side buttons to scroll through to VOLUME, press START, then adjust it up or down with whatever buttons illuminate. Pressing START again should store it.

No joke really, just "black box wedged on reel with Money Controls written on it" Angie. Can only be a hopper or a coin mech so curious to see what happened! Maybe spare parts got thrown around inside cab during transit, if so that's some shaking gone on. More so if the fitted coin mech le...

An obvious sign of reel bands being on wrong would be:
BAR-7-7 = win (instead of 7-7-7) band1 wrong
CHERRY-CHERRY-MELON = win band3 wrong
etc etc

maybe the reel bands are in the wrong position and just need un-pegging and moving around. When you get a win count how many symbols it is out, and keep repeat checking. If it's always out by the same amount you know you need to unclip the reel band and slide it around.

either fill the hopper by hand and press the hopper topped up button next to the hopper (so machine knows its full) OR turn refill key and top up pound coins through the slot so it counts them in. If a machine thinks its empty it won't pay. And how would it know you topped it up if you just pour coi...

Some machines have an additional dump method if i remember right, either hold cancel and turn refill key or hold start and turn key. I don't use this method but have accidently triggered it a few times whilst trying to faff about changing volumes. Main method mentioned is standard dumping procedure....

The other button sounds like it may be the test mode button.
If you can add a picture of the inside of the machine showing everything then we can tell what tech it is.
The cardboard wedge implies that it's had issues before and someones found a quick bodge-fix lol.

To dump:
open bottom door,
let machine reboot itself then turn your refill key to put it into refill mode,
Press and hold the button that is nearest the coin drawers at the bottom (usuallyinside the cubby hole)
Sound indicates it is ready to dump. Press start to dump.

They're in parallel mode unfortunately but thanks for the suggestion.
As far as i know they had to be requested for mechtool mode enabled out of the factory otherwise they were supplied without.
