power supply looks fine, under load when machine boots the voltasges will reduce.. now im thinnking faulty eproms. also i think its possible for the eprom board, processor board and sound board to get mixed up and polugged into wrong slots on the motherboard. some are keyed and some not have a l;oo...

Just back from more checks Have checked the battery voltage on the processors boards they range from .05v .90v to 1.50v so all battery holding bit of a charge even if not much. Well had a good look today I have a box of 4 x motherboards and 5 processor boards had a good look at all of them and no leaks or damage to boards One of the mother boards looked brand-new and sealed in bubble wrap so fitted this In turn I fitted each and every one of the processor boards but still ...
