is it the pink trim cabinet, jpm manufacturer? Yes, and now I can't seem to find the stakes key to change the jackpot level etc....should there be a 9 pin D connector somewhere? Btw, I've tried everything to get the hopper going, resetting the float, resetting RAM etc..... One thing I would like to...

Thanks for the info. The person I bought from said it was fully working so think the hoppers the correct one. Coins spin manually in the hopper and eject out so not blocked and have checked the connections. I'm being sent a replacement hopper so hopefully that will sort it but if anyone else has any...

It's a compact hopper, jpegs attached...........

Update............disconnecting the hopper allows me to access the service menu's and the machine starts up normally.............so the issue is related to the hopper..........

Trying to complete a hopper dump without it connected produces the same 01 44 error.........

Does anyone have any idea's?
