after diagnosing a little further have now concluded that the fault follow whatever reel is plugged into reel 2 slot.

Anyone got any ideas whats dead? the board that the reels plug into?

just got given a global machine called "reel good night" it has a problem, i think i have diagnosed it but would like some confirmation. reel 2 often doesnt line up on initialisation the "flag" is usually a couple mm off. on the occasion it doesn't stop correctly and machine goes...
