i think (from memory) you only need your green and orange wire. you should have 3 connectors each side of the switch, pick one side (3 connectors close together)and put the wires on the two outside connectors. theb press the switch in and see if it works the blue and pick wires are for datacapture s...

not familier with that machine, but generally nowadays the volume contriol can be adjusted by turning refil key on door open mode...

if you have changeds the whole payout unit and checked the wiring, the next step i would take would be to replace the board and see what happened.

can u power the machine up with the door open and test the hoppers or does it alarm that way too?

i take it you have checked there is not a £1 coin jammed in the hopper. i'm not sure which hopper it will have, but it could be a old azcoyn hopper, the first ones used a microswitch to count the coins exiting the hopper before moving on to opto senors. possibility that the switch is jammed closed....

i think you can change from 25p/50p/£1 to 30p/50/£1 or even 20p/50p/£1.

been a while since i last worked with machines , so cant remember lol

was gonna give you a few settings to try if you had a switchable key.. :)

most machines only pay out in £1 coins nowadays.
as for changing %, have a look at this thread, yours is a barcrest too, so exactly the same method to change % :)
